Mirosław Motyka – President of the Management Board
Graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Wrocław University of Technology. Working for the Gant Group since 1994, initially as the manager of the currency exchange office in Świdnica, and since 1997 as deputy Director of Gant Sp. z o.o. in Wrocław. For 3 years, he acted as a member of the Management Board of Gant Sp. z o.o., and between July 2006 and July 2007 – as President of the Management Board. Since 1 July 2007 to 17 October 2009, he has acted as a member of the Management Board of GANT DEVELOPMENT S.A. From 10 September 2007, Mirosław Motyka held the function of member of the Management Board of Budopol Wrocław S.A.; on 1 January 2008 he was appointed President of the Management Board. Mirosław Motyka is not involved in any business other than that of the Issuer and its subsidiaries. Mirosław Motyka does not participate in any competitive entity as a partner in a (private) partnership, or as a member of any authority of any company or any other competitive legal person. Mirosław Motyka is not recorded in the Debtors Register maintained under the National Court Register Act. There are no family relations between Mirosław Motyka and other members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board.

Andrzej Kostrzewa – Vice President of the Management Board
Graduate of the Faculty of Civil and Hydro Engineering of Wrocław University of Technology (specialising in building construction), and Faculty of Management and Marketing of Wrocław University of Economics (specialising in MBA – Enterprise Management). He also completed post-graduate studies on Management Psychology of the University of Wrocław, and a number of specialist courses. Andrzej Kostrzewa is fluent in English. His professional career started back in 1994. He gained experience in the field of engineering and management while working for the following companies: Budexpol SKANSKA Sp. z o.o. (as building engineer and marketing specialist), Wrocławskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego nr 1 Grupa “Jedynka Wrocławska” S.A. (as Office Manager, later as Marketing Director), and PORR Polska S.A. (Director of the Technical Office in Warsaw). He also acted as an authorised representative of Jedynka Wrocławska and PORR Polska. His tasks included contracting, organisation, implementation, and supervision of a number of projects in the area of general, industrial, and public utility construction, mainly in the region of Lower Silesia. Since 1 May 2009, he has acted as a member of the Company’s Management Board. Andrzej Kostrzewa is not involved in any business other than the Issuer’s, does not participate in any competitive entity as a partner in a (private) partnership, or as a member of any authority of any company or any other competitive legal person. Andrzej Kostrzewa is not recorded in the Debtors Register maintained under the National Court Register Act. There are no family relations between Andrzej Kostrzewa and other members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board.

Marzanna Adamska – Member of the Management Board
Graduate of Wrocław University of Economics. In 1994-1995 she worked for a consulting company Adin Sp. z o.o. in Wrocław; in 1995-1996, she worked in Bank Cukrownictwa "Cukrobank" S.A. as an economic analysis specialist. Since 1997 she has worked for "Budopol-Wrocław" S.A. as independent specialist in economic analysis, Manager of Controlling and Economic Analysis Department, and Financial Director – Chief Accountant (since June 2003). Since 21 June 2006, she has acted as a member of the Management Board. Marzanna Adamska is not involved in any business other than that of the Issuer and its subsidiaries. Marzanna Adamska does not participate in any competitive entity as a partner in a (private) partnership, or as a member of any authority of any company or any other competitive legal person. Marzanna Adamska is not recorded in the Debtors Register maintained under the National Court Register Act. There are no family relations between Marzanna Adamska and other members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board.
