Janusz Konopka – Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board. Domiciled in Tuszyn. Graduate of the Military University of Technology in Warsaw, Ph.D. in physics at the Polish Academy of Science. In 1973-1990 employed as the department manager in the Military Institute of Engineering Technology in Wrocław. Owner of “Profilex” – a company that represents Australian, Irish, British, and other postal administrations in Poland. Janusz Konopka is involved in business activity that is not competitive to the Issuer's business. There are no family relations between Janusz Konopka and other members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board. Janusz Konopka is not a partner in any partnership, or a member of any authority of any company other than companies of Gant S.A. Capital Group. Janusz Konopka is not recorded in the Debtors Register maintained under the National Court Register Act.

Luiza Berg – Member of the Supervisory Board
Graduate of the Faculty of Engineering and Economics in Industry at Wrocław University of Economics. (Eng. Sc., M.A. in economics and management). She also completed post-graduate studies at Warsaw School of Economics (in Value-Based Management). She holds statutory auditor and internal auditor certificates. Luiza Berg has extensive experience in accounting and finance, auditing of WSE listed companies and non-public companies, preparation of prospectuses and IPOs, consulting in accounting and finance, due diligence, and analysis of financial forecasts. She is an author of a number of publications on financial accounting, auditing and controlling (in “Rzeczpospolita”, “Monitor Rachunkowości i Finansów”, “Gazeta Prawna”, and “Controlling”). Luiza Berg worked in controlling departments and as a chief accountant in companies representing a number of different business sectors. For three years, she worked for BDO Numerica (formerly BDO Sp. z o. o.) as Senior Audit Manager. Luiza Berg is a member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer in Gant Development S.A. She is also President of the Management Board of Centrum Usług Księgowych GANT Sp. z o.o. Luiza Berg is not a partner in any partnership, or a member of any authority of any company other than companies of Gant Development S.A. Capital Group. Luiza Berg is not recorded in the Debtors Register maintained under the National Court Register Act.

Henryk Jukowski – Member of the Supervisory Board
Born on 29 December 1954. Education: secondary technical (construction). Holder of building license for building design and supervision. Completed a course for members of Supervisory Boards of State Treasury companies. Henryk Jukowski holds a real property management license. From 1976 to 1981 he worked in construction companies as a team leader and construction site manager. From 1981 he worked for Wrocławska Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa as a technical specialist and residential estate manager responsible for the upgrades and management of buildings. From 1996 to 29 February 2008 he worked for Spółdzielnia Wrocław Południe as deputy technical specialist, President of the Management Board, and Director. He managed a housing co-operative including 12,000 residential units. He implemented a number of residential construction projects, including apartment buildings, terraced houses, and single-family detached houses.
Henryk Jukowski does not participate in any competitive entity as a partner in a (private) partnership, or as a member of any authority of any company or any other competitive legal person. Henryk Jukowski is not recorded in the Debtors Register maintained under the National Court Register Act. There are no family relations between Henryk Jukowski and other members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board

Zbigniew Walas – Member of the Supervisory Board
Born on 13 February 1962 in Wrocław. Education: higher. In 1981-1987, he studied in the Faculty of Architecture at Wrocław University of Technology. On 14 July 1987, he graduated with the degree M.Sc. in Architecture. In 1988 he started working for Miejskie Biuro Projektów as assistant designer. In 1990, he gained an unlimited building license in architectural design (No. 363/90/UW). In 1989 – 1991 he worked in Autorska Pracownia Macieja Małachowicza. In February 1992, he started his own business under the name Autorska Pracownia Architektury “M.Z. Walas”, later transformed into Biuro Projektów i Realizacji Inwestycji “M.Z. Walas”. In July 2004, a new limited liability company Walas Sp. z o.o. was established. The company specialises in building, urban, and technology design. Throughout his career, Zbigniew Walas gained extensive experience in the design of public utility, residential, and industrial buildings. There are no family relations between Zbigniew Walas and other members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board. Zbigniew Walas is not recorded in the Debtors Register maintained under the National Court Register Act.
  

Adam Michalski – Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr. Adam Michalski - resident of Wrocław. Completed higher education, mechanical engineer, graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Wrocław University of Technology. In 1982 Mr. Michalski started his own business,  "MIMAX"  company providing  electronic  and TV  repair  services.  Next,  he  set up  a  catering  business.
Mr. Adam Michalski is involved in business activities that are not competitive in relation to the Issuer's business. There are no family connections between Mr. Adam Michalski and other members of the Supervisory Board or the Board of Directors. Mr. Adam Michalski is not a partner in any partnerships and is not a member of the governing bodies of any corporations other than the companies belonging to the GANT S.A. Capital Group. Mr. Adam Michalski is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court register Act.

Mirosław Kadłubowski – Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr. Mirosław Kadłubowski completed higher education as a graduate of Wrocław University of Technology, the Faculty of Civil Engineering, majoring also in Management and Marketing at the Faculty of Information Technology and Management. Mr Mirosław Kadłubowski completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering (FIDIC). Between 1987 and 1991 he worked for the Department of Investment Preparation at the Wrocław Municipal Investments Directorate. In the years 1991-1997 he held the positions of the Head of Investment Department and Deputy Director of Technology, and was a member of the Board of Jelcz-Laskowice Housing Cooperative. He was responsible for preparing, coordinating, monitoring and accounting for investment works, In 1997-1998 he worked as  Chief  Investment  Officer  (Project  Manager)   for  "MARINO"  Shopping  Center   in   Wrocław.  From  1998-2002
Mr. Kadłubowski ran his own company, concluding and performing managerial contracts for the coordination, management and superviosn of the implementation of investments (general contractiorship). In the year 2002-2010 he held the position of a Technical Director while serving from October 2002 to may 2009 as a member of the Board of Directors and from May 2009 to November 2010 as a Commercial Proxy of WROBIS S.A. Mostostal Warsaw Group, being responsible for managing and supervising the implementation of all investment performed by the Company. He also a member of the supervisory boards of WROBIS S.A.affiliated companies dealing with real estate development. Mr. Mirosław Kadłubowski is not a partner or shareholder in any civil partnership or anither legal entity whose business activity is competitive in relation to that of the lssuer's. Since 15 January 2011. Mr. Mirosław Kadłubowski has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Gant Development S.A. There are no family relations between Mr. Mirosław Kadłubowski is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
