Job interview for the selected candidates. We will discuss the candidate’s education, job experience, and scope of responsibilities in previous jobs. We will also try to probe the candidate’s motivation, as well as their expectations and plans for the future. The objective of our interview is to define the expectations of both parties and discuss terms and conditions of the employment contract. Tools supporting the recruitment process may be used in a job interview. Depending on the specific job, we may introduce additional selection methods to the recruitment process, including psychometric tests, in-basket exercises, or Assessment Centre sessions
