PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Kraków

Scope of activities:

conducting a comprehensive development projects in all phases of the investment
develop a detailed concept of the investment project and coordinate all activities related to the implementation of the Project
conducting tenders for selection of contractors, suppliers
ensuring the implementation of investments in accordance with the approved project, budget and schedule
esponsibility for the quality, timeliness and financial discipline in carrying out their work
create budgets and investment accounts
preparing reports and reports related to the investment
obtain the required arrangements for the project, reviews and permits
managing a team of people on the site

Requirements:

higher education in construction
at least 10 years of experience in project management of commercial or residential construction
knowledge of procedures related to the implementation of construction investment projects
building licenses without restrictions (for directing and supervising)
very good organization skills to work under time pressure
highly developed negotiating skills, independence and responsibility
initiative, commitment, independence and thoroughness
highly developed communication skills
attitude the implementation of tasks
personnel management skills
good knowledge of MS Office, Norma Pro, Autocad

driving license category B

ROAD CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Location: Wrocław

Scope of activities:

coordination and supervision of construction works in accordance with the requirements of the law
direct supervision of the works based on the requirements of the contract, technical documentation, schedules and plans for the organization of work and quality standards
review and analysis of project documentation
responsibility for the effective organization of tasks at the construction site
responsibility for the timeliness and quality of road works and achieve the objective of the
economically project
accounting works with the purchaser and subcontractors

Requirements:

higher education, specializing in road construction
building license authorizing to monitor road works
professional experience in the industry, in road construction
good reading skills and knowledge of project documents the organization and conduct of the
construction process
experience in personnel management
impeccable organization skills of their own work and team and a high level of responsibility
good knowledge of (Word, Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD)
driving license category B
