The existing building consisting of three cuboid-shaped units joined by endwalls, covered by a symmetric pitched roof, was modified by shifting the middle module vs. the remaining two modules by 50%, and segment 1 was moved upwards vs. the remaining segments by adding one storey for office rooms. A reinforced-concrete ramp for the unloading of delivery vehicles was constructed. The building was equipped with electrical service connections, sanitary system, internal logistics and telecommunications network, and some rooms were fitted with air conditioning.
