The building was finished using state-of-the-art and attractive glass and aluminium materials, with a panoramic lift. A fountain (water curtain) was installed in the atrium. The project included construction of a new hall added to the existing hall, new glass facades, display windows and skylights, roof coverings, sanitary systems (water, sewage, stormwater drainage, sprinklers, ventilation and air conditioning) and electrical service connections (fire protection, sound alarm, CCTV, anti-burglary system, customer counter, and BMS). Budopol – Wrocław constructed a single-storey slab-on-grade building with an internal mezzanine floor in the middle, based on a structural mesh with modules ranging from 4.5 m to 7.5 m. Ground floor in the front of the building houses a customer service area with a showroom, cafeteria, and waiting room on the mezzanine floor. Back office areas with an open secretariat and multi-functional space are located on the 1st floor. Power-operated lift-up glass entrance gates and aluminium door joinery made of SCHUCO aluminium profiles and Float glazing were installed. The following systems were provided in the building: hot and cold water, sewerage and stormwater drainage, central heating, gravity and mechanical ventilation, power supply and lighting, telephone lines, and lightning protection. The front office, showroom and service areas are located on ground floor, while back offices and welfare facilities are located on the mezzanine floor. The building was fitted with all sanitary and electrical systems.
