The project implemented by Budopol – Wrocław SA included construction of foundations, stemwalls for columns, walls, floors and binding joists with insulation, expansion joints, and sealing, roof covering, terraces, attics, and partition walls on all storeys. Modern multi-function (commercial, service, and office) building with 4 over-ground storeys and 1 under-ground level.

Investor: ACP - Archicom – Cukrobank – Polish Society of Civil Engineers and Technicians 

The building is square in shape, with four round towers on all four corners, marking the inner yard. “Quattro Forum” is a comfortable building, meeting the latest technical and functional standards. It is fitted with an unlimited number of telecommunication service lines, state-of-the-art ventilation system, and an option to install custom-fit air conditioning systems. User safety is guaranteed by the building access control system, CCTV, and reception desk in the main hall. Access road leading to the underground car park (141 parking spaces), over-ground car park area (85 parking spaces), and transformer station with a box for containers were provided around the building. The building is to be used primarily as an office building. Offices are located on floors 1 to 4 with the total surface area of 9000 square meters. The remaining area on ground level and 1st floor will be used as a commercial space (total area of 3000 square meters), with an additional lift for the disabled. The project included building construction and finishing works, sanitary and electrical works, and area improvements (internal roads, car park areas, sidewalks, transformer station, and landscaping elements).
